What is your refund policy?

Because our products are made to order, exchanges are only permitted if the item received was incorrect or if the item is defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt along with a photo of the defect. After that all sales are final.

What is the processing time?

For most items the processing time is between 5-7 business times, with shipping taking place after that. During major holidays, please allow for additional time.

Will all packages be shipped together?

More than likely, however at times, items may be sent in separate packages/shipments, depending on what you ordered.

What are the shipping rates?

Our rates are based on prevailing standard and expedited shipping rates. At times, shipping may be free for orders being shipped within the Continental US.
